Principals William H. Sommerville, III, P.L.S. ~President As founder of SMW, Mr. Sommerville has over 20 years of land surveying experience on commercial, residential and industrial properties. He is experienced in highway and roadway construction staking as well as commercial and residential construction. His expertise also encompasses other areas surveying which include telecommunication surveys, ALTA surveys, and GPS surveying. Over the years he has demonstrated his knowledge in surveying with a a proven record of producing quality surveys. Mr. Sommerville is a Registered Land Surveyors in 4 states. Muggeo, P.L.S. ~ Vice President/Director of Engineering Mr. Muggeo has over 15 years of civil engineering and land surveying experience in both commercial and residential projects. His engineering design and project management experiences include: sanitary sewer systems, roadway design, subdivision design, grading and erosion control, and civil permitting. His land surveying experiences include: field and office work on boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, mortgage surveys, and GPS surveys. Mr. Muggeo also has construction management experience, building commercial buildings across the country. Salmon, P.E. ~ Vice President/Chief Engineer Mr. Salmon has over 30 years experience in diversified civil engineering and construction experience on commercial, residential and industrial projects. He also has highway construction experience with the Missouri State Highway Department. His engineering experiences include design of sediment and erosion control, earthwork, storm drainage, sanitary and process sewers, water systems, concrete and asphalt pavement, roadways and railroads. Mr. Salmon is experienced with all civil permitting requirements and has the ability to provide onsite field assistance. Mr. Salmon has a proven record of successful management and design of civil engineering projects. He has an excellent reputation for technical and professional quality. Mr. Salmon is a Registered Engineer in 10 states.
